Terms & Conditions hhgg2 – Official Platform Rules & Policies

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and hhgg2 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any services provided by hhgg2, you hereby agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

These Terms apply to all services provided by hhgg2 includes Sports Betting (football, badminton, tennis, NBA, e-sports, and more), Live Casino, slots, e-sports, and all other features available on the hhgg2 platform.

• "Account Balance" refers to the total MYR balance available in a member's account at any given time.

All financial transactions at hhgg2 operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. hhgg2 reserves the right to decline or return any deposit suspected of originating from an unauthorised or third-party source.

Member hhgg2 may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• The withdrawal method must match the most recent deposit method used (for security and anti-money laundering purposes).
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required for your first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.

All bonuses and promotions offered by hhgg2 subject to the specific terms and rules set for each promotion. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each member is only eligible to receive each bonus type one time only unless otherwise stated.
• The Welcome Bonus is only eligible for new members who make their first deposit.
• All bonuses carry rollover requirements that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover ratio is stated in the terms of each promotion.

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled except under specific circumstances determined by hhgg2.
• The minimum bet amount is RM1 for standard markets. Maximum limits vary by sport and market.
• Odds displayed are current at the time a bet is placed. Any changes to odds after confirmation do not affect bets that have already been locked in.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets contain two or more selections – all selections must be correct to receive a payout.
• If a match is cancelled, postponed by more than 12 hours, or left unresolved, all related bets will be refunded to the member's account.
• In cases where there is a significant error in the odds (for example, odds that are far higher than the actual market value due to a technical error), hhgg2 reserves the right to void the bet in question.

For Malaysia Super League and EPL matches in particular, hhgg2 includes extra time and penalty shootouts as part of the match result for 1X2 and Asian Handicap markets, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

hhgg2 provides its platform and services "as is" and makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

hhgg2 is not liable for:

• Betting outcomes determined by inaccurate information from external sources beyond hhgg2's control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the hhgg2 platform.

hhgg2 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be announced via our website and/or email notification to registered members at least 7 days before changes take effect, except in cases of emergency or urgent legal requirements.

Continued use of the platform hhgg2 after any changes to the Terms take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
